Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TradieFlow ("we", "us", "our") is operated by [Business name: PT Indomus Trading Solutions / TradieFlow], [ABN: TBD]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at bigcheese@indomustrading.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or misleading.
• Send invoices for goods or services you have not actually provided.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Use the service to send spam, abuse, or unsolicited communications to your customers.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The fee for your plan is shown when you subscribe and may change with at least 30 days' notice. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing until you cancel. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of GST where applicable.

5. Free trial

New accounts include a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be paused and your data retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months unless required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email us and we will assess it in good faith.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into TradieFlow — invoices, customer records, voice recordings. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, transmitting, processing through speech-to-text, syncing with integrations you authorise). See the Privacy Policy for the detail. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Third-party integrations

TradieFlow connects to third-party services (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, and others) at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep TradieFlow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance or in response to security issues. Where possible, we will notify you in advance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TradieFlow is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees due, or use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or reputational risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Australia / Indonesia — operator to confirm]. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.
