Does it work with my existing Xero or QuickBooks account?
Yep. You connect it once, and your customers, items, and invoices sync both ways. Nothing to migrate, no double-entry.
What if my voice transcription gets something wrong?
You always see the draft before it goes out. Tap to edit any field — customer, line items, totals, GST. Nothing sends without you hitting send.
Does it work offline or with bad reception?
Yes. The app records the voice note on your phone and syncs the moment reception comes back. You can do invoices on a job site with no bars.
Can my apprentice or admin use it too?
On the Team and Unlimited tiers, yes. Add up to 5 users on Team, or unlimited on the Unlimited tier. Each gets their own login.
How does it handle GST and BAS?
It applies GST the way the ATO expects, line by line. Your invoices stay BAS-compliant, and the data flows through to Xero or QuickBooks for your accountant.
Is my customer data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, never share it, and you can export or delete it whenever you want. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
What if I have multiple ABNs or businesses?
On the Unlimited tier you can run multiple businesses from one login, each with its own books and integrations. Solo and Team are one ABN per account.
How do I cancel?
One click in account settings. No phone calls, no retention pitch. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
